Interim Chief Operating Officer

Mats has completed an assignment as interim COO at one of our clients where he was program manager for the divestment of the Scandinavian part of the company. The responsibility has included business analysis, developing project models and leading, prioritizing and distributing the daily operational work of 25 employees. Prior to that, he was employed as COO at one of the world's leading management consulting companies where he reported to the CEO. He has previously held project management roles in outsourcing, systems integration, process mapping, development and crisis management.

Mats comes into his own in an international context that requires an energetic interim operational manager who, with solid knowledge of business, can make the organization more efficient. He is particularly interesting for assignments that include personnel responsibility, business analysis with recommendations of critical and necessary improvement measures and qualified project management.
