Peter started his career as a consultant with a top-ranked international management consultancy and then worked as Sales Director and CFO for a telecommunications group. In his most recent position he was responsible for the finance function of a listed investment group where he significantly reduced the group's expenditure and established new procedures for group accounting, financial control, budgeting and forecasting. He has recently been engaged to run a turn-around assignment for a Swedish-owned process company in Asia and has just completed an assignment as group CFO for a Swedish industrial company.
Peter is an interesting resource for a large company with an international character that is facing change. He enjoys working close to the business and with analysis-heavy assignments where he acts as an advisor to the CEO and takes an active role in driving the organization's change work.
