Victoria's career began at a small engineering company where, as a controller, she was responsible for driving a major restructuring process in connection with a comprehensive reorganization. She demonstrated creative business acumen and was headhunted by a large subcontractor in the automotive industry. Here too, Victoria made her mark in the controller function and was instrumental in developing and implementing new financial and accounting models.
