After his academic studies, Mattias was recruited directly into a global company and made a fast career as a controller and market analyst. His skills helped create new tools in analytical work and financial structures. During the following period, he was head of accounts payable and had personnel responsibility for ten people. Mattias was then over-recruited to a well-known telecom company and was responsible for accounting, reporting, financial control and HR.
