Peter began his career as a consultant at a top-ranked international management consulting firm and subsequently served as sales director and CFO for a telecommunications group. In his most recent role, he was responsible for the finance function at a publicly traded investment group, where he significantly reduced the group’s expenses and established new procedures for consolidated financial reporting and financial management, while also improving budgeting and forecasting processes. Over the past year, he has been engaged to lead a turnaround project for a Swedish-owned process company in Asia, serve as interim Group CFO for a Swedish industrial company, and serve as interim CFO for a private equity firm.
Peter is a particularly valuable resource for companies with an international focus that are facing change. He enjoys working closely with the business and on analysis-intensive assignments, where he acts as an advisor to the CEO and plays an active role in driving the organization’s change initiatives.
