She quickly advanced to group accounting manager with responsibility for over 300 legal entities, monthly reporting, and ten employees. During this period, she was also responsible for implementing a new business system. After five years in this role, she advanced further to the position of finance manager. She was then externally recruited to the role of CFO for a Nordic market-leading media company in its niche, with overall responsibility for the finance function in all countries and a central role in the management team.
