Filip's first job was as a currency and interest rate trader, and after just a few years he became deputy treasury manager for a Swedish international company in the pharmaceutical industry with a turnover of over SEK 10 billion. He then took a position as treasury manager for an international company, where he worked extensively with financing issues, cash management, currency and risk management, liquidity management, and established the company's financial policy. Between 2005 and 2011, he held a dual role as CFO and treasury manager at a private equity-owned trading company, before becoming treasury manager at an international security company. He has now completed two interim assignments as treasury manager and is currently finishing his assignment with our client.
Filip's expertise is of interest to large companies with international operations and extensive balance sheets that need an interim treasury manager who can manage staff, work operationally with ratings, liquidity planning, FX and derivative strategies, cash management procurement, and establish a finance policy.
