Björn grew up in central Sweden and started his career at a local manufacturing company. Shortly after graduating with a degree in civil engineering, he was promoted to production manager and was responsible for personnel, delivery, quality, and production technology. He was headhunted as technical manager for a manufacturing company in the transport industry and then as production manager for an established furniture company. Björn was eager to take the next step in his career and joined an acquaintance's family business as interim production manager. The assignment whetted his appetite, and Björn now has many years of consulting experience behind him. He has been hired by a number of companies spread geographically from southern to northern Sweden. His positions have ranged from production and quality manager to CEO and change leader. Björn is driven by working to achieve improved efficiency and driving initiatives for increased profitability and smart cost savings in his assignments.
