Interim Chief Executive Officer

In the role of interim CEO, you will be responsible for driving a comprehensive turn-around. You will have full P/L responsibility and work closely with the CEO.

Main duties:

• Drive structured change with the ambition to create profitability
• Driving improvement and change according to LEAN
• Implement new organizational structure based on existing plan
• Start feasibility study of ERP system
• Implement EQMS document system
• Conduct trade union negotiations on behalf of the company
• Management and control of activities and staff. You have 59 staff under you, 10 of whom are officials.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Solid background as a CEO, preferably in a consulting role and in manufacturing companies
• Proven experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven management experience and a good ability to lead people in change
• Experience in structuring operations and being responsible for implementing new processes
• Background of having implemented new ERP system, in particular Jeeves
• Experience in leading trade union negotiations

About the process:
