Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Senior Property Manager. The company is based in Stockholm and manages properties in Stockholm County.
As an interim Senior Property Manager, you will join a growing company and have an independent and challenging position. You will be responsible for a portfolio of properties with tenants within Community Services.
Main duties:
- Be responsible for the finances and performance of your real estate portfolio
- Take responsibility for the customers in your property portfolio through teamwork with technical managers and others
- Negotiate new and existing leases on an ongoing basis
- Enhance properties through long-term planned maintenance and investment work
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Relevant academic degree in engineering or economics
- Many years of experience working on the above tasks
- A flexible and independent personality that fits in a growth company
