Interim Director of Business Development

In the role of Interim Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for commercializing the company's proprietary processes for the paper and pulp industry. Together with the company's CEO, you will be a key player in driving sales.

Main duties:

• Develop strategies for how and in what ways to approach and reach new and existing markets.
• Strategic development responsibility for long-term and short-term business
• Develop cooperation with existing customers and identify and cultivate new customers
• Responsible for the entire sales process, from relationship building to contract signing
• Drive the development of the existing product portfolio and come up with proposals for new products
• Create and build long-term relationships with a focus on service and problem solving
• Close cooperation with internal functions and sister companies with the aim of developing the business and ensuring profitable growth
• Conduct market research and engage in dialogue with customers to meet their demands

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Documented experience of the above tasks, preferably in a consulting role
• Experience working in the process industry, preferably paper or pulp
• Experience working in a global market and with international customers and business contacts
• Strong interest in research, competition, and market intelligence
• As a person, you are a driven relationship builder with a strong business focus.
