Interim Financial Controller
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Financial Controller for the Swedish company Olink Proteomics, a global leader in the analysis of protein biomarkers in precision medicine.
Olink Proteomics is headquartered in Uppsala, with a regional office and service laboratory for its U.S. operations in Watertown, USA.
In the role of Interim Financial Controller, you will help establish a new structure for accounting and reporting following the restructuring of the group (new companies and organizational structure).
Reports to the CFO.
Main duties:
- Needs-based general support for the finance department based on the current situation and emerging issues (high and low).
- Group Consolidation – on a monthly basis.
- Preparation of a new set of reports for the owners, Group management, and the Board of Directors.
- Incorporate and establish new companies within the group structure.
- Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Calculations regarding working capital.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in the above tasks.
- Experience with acquisitions.
- Experience working with private equity firms and implementing ERP systems is a plus.
- You're quick and hands-on.
About the process:
We are presenting candidates to the client on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client will be held on Wednesday, May 29, and Monday, June 3. The assignment begins immediately and is expected to last for 3 months, with the possibility of an extension.
