About the company

Interim Search was founded in 2012 and has since been named a Gazelle company by Dagens Industri and a Super Company by Affärsvärlden. We are a specialized recruitment agency that appoints managerial roles on fixed-term contracts, with the whole of Sweden as a market. We are currently 14 employees located at Östermalmstorg 1 in Stockholm.

The market for interim managers is growing rapidly and Interim Search has outpaced the competition thanks to intensive work and tailored recruitment processes.

About the role of Senior Recruiter (Manager)  

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Manager), you will be responsible for your own appointments of interim managers and qualified specialists. The expectations of our customers are high as they usually need to fill a business-critical role immediately, which places great demands on process, delivery and follow-up. The role offers flexibility, great variety and includes, among other things:

• Close customer contact with management teams in organizations undergoing change.
• Evaluation and guidance of qualified candidates.
• Responsibility for building and managing your own client portfolio and negotiating contracts.
• Project manage recruitment processes, manage contracts and work on customer and candidate care.
• Initiate and maintain relationships on the client and candidate side.

We expect you to work with great ambition, commitment and determination towards our common goal of being Sweden's safest interim supplier and always exceeding customer expectations.

We believe that you will come from a role where you have independently driven sales with a short sales cycle and are used to working with qualified counterparts. Experience in fast-moving recruitment is an advantage.
