Interim Chief Financial Officer

Erik's 20-year career is characterized by financial and management roles mainly in construction. He enjoys the leadership role and has had large subordinate groups of which about ten have been direct reports. In addition to finance, purchasing and logistics have also been under his responsibility. Erik is used to working in project operations and has extensive experience in project accounting and successive profit accounting. Most recently, he comes from an assignment in the construction industry where he worked closely with the CEO and thrived in the role that involved a strong commercial focus. The company was in need of an interim CFO while waiting for a permanent recruitment, during the assignment Erik was responsible for the entire finance function including accounting and controlling. Among other things, he was helpful in preparing monthly reports and preparing consolidated accounts.
