Interim HR Consultant

Main duties

• Responsible for overall HR issues, such as salary reviews, rehabilitation, work environment, recruitment
• Ensure stable and secure HR support for the business
• Participate in the implementation of a new payroll system
• The role may include leadership and also work in the management team.
• Report to the CEO

To be eligible for the role

• Many years of experience in HR, preferably as a consultant
• Previously involved in the implementation of payroll systems
• Background from a complex organization with both white-collar and blue-collar employees
• The assignment will primarily be carried out on site in the Gothenburg area.

About the process

The assignment is for 100% and is expected to last at least 6 months.
