Interim Search has been commissioned by the Cancer Foundation to appoint an interim Head of Digital. A role where you will be a key player in the organization's digital transformation.
As interim Head of Digital, you will have a leadership responsibility for the new digital team and be the driving force in proposing and implementing all related digital arenas.
About the role of Interim Head of Digital:
- Focus on governance, project management, requirements setting and coordination.
- Coordinates four specialist staff (content, tech, social media and digital fundraising).
- Coordinating and driving the development of digital communication.
- To strongly contribute to raising internal digital skills.
Who we are looking for:
- Very good knowledge in digital communication and channels.
- Has in a previous role been a driving force in a digitalization process.
- Senior team leader who is used to taking a leadership role.
- Good business understanding in general, and very good for online business.
- Good analytical skills and ability to deal methodically with complex challenges.
- Project management skills including modern (agile) production teams.
- Good opportunity to familiarize yourself with current work tools (e.g. Trello, Slack, Basecamp).
- Experience of being a total delivery manager, taking productions from start to finish.
- Good experience in working with fast-paced and cross-channel communication (campaigns, social activation, PR, fast-moving video production).
- Experience from the supply side is considered an advantage.
- Experience in matrix organization and distributed teams is an advantage.
- An academic degree with a focus on marketing is considered an advantage.

The recruitment process:
The assignment will start as soon as possible, is full-time and is expected to last six months with good opportunities for extension. We present candidates continuously and customer interviews start Wednesday 8/2.
