Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for O.B. Wiik AB. The company is currently the leading supplier of event tents, halls, and presses in the Nordic region.
The company exports to more than 80 countries worldwide. Annual turnover is SEK 130 million and the company has 25 employees. In the role of Interim Finance Manager, you will report directly to the company's CEO.
You will be responsible for:
- Monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Preparation of tax returns and annual reports
- Reporting of VAT, tax, and customs declarations
- Contacts with the Swedish Tax Agency
- Reporting of results and management of balance sheets
- Reporting to company management and parent company
- Accrual-based invoicing
- Customer invoicing
- Rental equipment
- Project report
To be eligible for the position as interim CFO, you should have solid experience from a similar role in a small or medium-sized company in the recent past. Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement. Proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage. Experience of working in the Visma business system, or similar, and good knowledge of Excel are meritorious.
We will present candidates on Wednesday, December 21 at 3:30 p.m., and interviews at the company will take place on Thursday, December 22. The assignment is full-time and starts on January 2 (preferably available for handover on one of the days between Christmas and New Year) and is expected to last until May 31, 2017.
