Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit a CFO for SyntheticMR, which develops software solutions for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). The company was founded in 2007, is listed, has 25 employees and is located in Linköping.
The company's mission is to develop and commercialize products based on the latest scientific knowledge in the field. The main tasks are:
- Prepare quarterly interim reports for publication
- Responsibility for the preparation of the annual accounts
- Analysis and follow-up of monthly accounts
- Monthly financial reporting to the CEO and Board
- Accounting under IFRS (outsourced accounting)
- Prepare quarterly forecasts
- Prepare financial information for the Board meeting
- Consolidated accounts (1 company in the USA)
- Tax issues, insurance, pensions
You should have operational experience in listed companies, international operations and an interest in the business and its purpose. You are independent, driven, curious and like to develop and improve. The company is growing and you will participate in the management's work to improve the conditions for continued profitable growth.
