Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR manager for a company in the construction industry. The company has 150 employees and a turnover of SEK 500 million. The head office is located in southern Stockholm. The role reports directly to the CEO and is part of the company's management team.
The company's goal is to achieve SEK 1 billion in sales within a four-year period. To achieve this, a new business strategy will be developed. You will be involved in this work and will be responsible for developing the company's HR strategy in line with this strategy.
In connection with the company's growth, the company needs to review existing HR processes and implement new or optimized processes and policies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the company's core values
- Development of the company's organizational structure
- Development of long-term structure HR organization
- Preparation of staff handbook
- Developing concepts for attracting, developing, and retaining the right talent
- Development of concepts for work on quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements
- Review and proposals for optimizing general employment benefits
To be eligible for the position, you should have recent experience in a senior HR management role. Fluency in Swedish is a requirement.
We will present candidates on Thursday, August 11, at 1:00 p.m., and interviews at the company will take place on Friday, August 12, 2016. The assignment is full-time and will start the following week and is expected to continue until April 2017.
