Main duties

• Strategic HR work
• Building processes, routines, structures, setting frameworks
• Conducting HR work in a business-like manner
• Lead the HR team
• Be part of the management team

To be eligible for the role

• Many years of experience in the role of HR manager
• Experienced interim consultant
• Background from companies experiencing strong growth, SEK 250 million and upwards
• Worked in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Experience of HR work in a corporate environment

About the process

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 6 months.
