Interim search has been commissioned to assign an interim CFO for a listed company within health tech.
Most important tasks and responsibilities;
- Support and be a true proactive business partner to CEO in the general governance and development of the company
- Advise in strategic business decisions and support in prioritizing
- Provide steering tools to easily understand and follow-up on financial performance
- Safeguard qualitative and timely reporting and accounting procedures
- Lead in capital planning and allocation
- Be responsible for investor relations activities and agenda, monitor and present financial trends and develop a positive reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication with all external stakeholders
- Safeguard compliance with legal requirements and established standards (IFRS)
- Lead and develop the finance team as well as increase the business and financial understanding with key stakeholders and business leaders in the company
Background and experiences;
- Experience from position as CFO in a listed environment preferably within life science, pharma, medtech or similar
- Experience from M&A work including financing and valuation
- Broad set of experiences including business development, business control, financial reporting/accounting and the legal aspects of finance
- High level of understanding of IFRS
- Experience from investor relations work in a listed company with solid experience from working directly with active owners/investors
- Experience of working in an international environment with excellent language skills in swedish and english
