Interim Nordic Security Manager (SUA)
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Nordic Security Manager to an Global company within manufacturing located in Stockholm.
The position as interim Nordic Security Manager is a new position in the organisation where you will be responsible to create a framework and structure the company’s security initiatives across the frontline operations towards security rated clients, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to uphold the highest security standards throughout the value chain.
Hovedansvarsområder:
- Develop and implement security strategies that align with both regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Lead security operations across the Nordics, including risk management, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a strong security culture by working closely with leadership, operational teams, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with Nordic and international security standards and regulations.
- Educate and support the organization in proactive security solutions and best practices.
- Report and analyse security performance, driving strategic improvements across the business.
For å komme i betraktning for rollen:
- Several years of experience in being responsible for, developing and implementing and ensuring compliance towards security rated clients in the nordics.
- Experience as Change Manager/Project leader and/or as a consultant.
- Deep understanding of Nordic and international security regulations and customer requirements.
- Strong ability to work in an undefined environment creating structure.
- Drive change, influence leadership decisions, and build effective collaborations.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and a Nordic language.
The assignment is full-time or part time, starting as soon as possible and is expected to last for 9-12 months.
