Interim Global Payroll Project Leader
Interim Search has been appointed to recruit an interim Global Payroll Project Leader to a successful and global listed company.
In the role as interim Global Payroll Project Leader you will be apart of a global growth company, that is growing both organically and through acquisitions. This require high demand on payroll to integrate acquisitions and continue to develop the function in line with the company’s continuous expansion goals.
Hovedoppgaver:
- Review, explain and plan resolutions steps for urgent issues
- End-to-end payroll, preparation of payment and payment to employees
- Correction of previous tax and accounting implications
- Handling delayed payroll, broken processes and improve processes
Your qualifications:
- Experience from a similar assignment or employment in an international context.
- Experience as Project Leader
- Experience from income tax and audit and taxable benefits
- Experience from long term incentive programs
- Experience from working with Shared Service Center
- A forward-leaning and modern way of working
Om prosessen:
The assignment is set to durate for 4-6 months and start immediately. We will keep an ongoing presentation of candidates and interviews with the customer will be held in conjunction.
