Interim CEO

Main duties:

• Overall responsibility for the company, which entails comprehensive responsibility for the companies' sales, marketing, strategy, and operational planning.
• Reports to the board of directors.
• Responsible for all personnel and personnel administration.
• Focus on increasing profits, i.e., profitability
• Change journey, focus on sales, i.e., currently has government customers and the goal is to build up a customer base, i.e., new markets with the private sector.
• P/L responsibility

Who we are looking for

• Experience in a similar role as sales manager/CEO
• Experience of leading change initiatives among employees to change working methods
• You have experience leading your team with a focus on increasing sales to existing customers.
• Meritorious experience of working to create new sales markets in the private sector
• Academic degree, preferably in chemistry, biology, civil engineering, or economics

About the process:

The assignment is 100% and is expected to last for 12 months, starting on February 14 or earlier on a part-time basis to run parallel with the current CEO.
