Interim Sales Director

Main tasks: 

• Part of the Nordic management team
• Operational management of sales team
• Coach the sales team and follow up on activities
• Develop the company's cultural values
• Follow up in the SAP CRM business system
• Reporting to the Nordic CEO

Who we are looking for: 

• You have an academic degree that is considered relevant to the role
• You have solid experience from coaching sales manager roles
• You are fluent in Finnish and have a command of the language in both speech and writing.
• Desirable if you have a background in the medical technology industry

About the process: 

The assignment is set to last for 6 months, starting in January. There are good opportunities for employment at the end of the assignment.
