Interim Security Officer

Main duties:

• Develop and drive safety work towards greater maturity and quality.
• Ensure that the entire security organization—systems, processes, and people—
  works in a coordinated manner.
• Contribute to the safety and security of tenants, employees, and visitors.
• Work towards long-term, sustainable, and cost-effective security solutions
• Be a strategic expert in security and a key part of management support in
  security issues.

To be eligible for the role: 

• Proven experience in similar assignments or training in relevant security areas.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in strategic security management in complex
  organization.
• Experience in crisis management, preventive security and risk processes.
• Familiarity with governance models, project management and change management.
• Knowledge of SSF and SBF standards, technical security systems and security protection legislation.
• Good understanding of GDPR and physical security.
• Erfarenhet av verksamhetsstyrning och beslutsfattande.
• Erfarenhet av projektledning och förändringsarbete.
• Hög digital kompetens.
• Personliga egenskaper: strategisk, analytisk, hög integritet, strukturerad,
  lösningsorienterad, god samverkansförmåga.

About the process:

The assignment will start no later than April 1, but preferably earlier, and is part-time, at least 75% of full-time. The initial assignment period is nine months, with good prospects for extension. Candidates will be presented on January 12.
