Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Security Manager to a large organization in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Lead, develop, and coordinate systematic security work, including security plans and policies
- Lead and plan content, training, and exercises in crisis and contingency planning
- Organizational governance and communication for delegation of responsibility and follow-up
- Supplier management and system administration in the security field
- Systematic fire protection work
To be eligible for the role:
- IT/System administration – have a good understanding of systems and their purpose and dependencies
- Experience in strategic security work – establishing and managing guidelines and policies within security
- Digital competence – very good experience working with digital platforms and systems
- Ability to build trust, communicative with different target groups
- Structured, solution-oriented, and quick-witted
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 8 months at 75%, starting immediately. We will present candidates to the client on Friday, May 9.
