Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim Accounting Manager to a technology company that provides both products and services. The company is medium-sized and part of an international group. You will report to the Nordic CFO.
Your assignment is to be responsible for the finance function, which consists of three people. You are responsible for ensuring that customer and supplier invoices, reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly financial statements are accurate and completed on time. Reporting is done in accordance with US GAAP. You will also work with project managers in the company to ensure good control over costs and revenues in the company's ongoing projects. You will provide business support to the CEO and the rest of the organization.
To be eligible for the position, you must have recently worked as an Accounting Manager or Financial Controller in a company that applies US GAAP. You enjoy leading and motivating a team.
The assignment is full-time and starts as soon as possible, but no later than June 6, 2016. It will continue until permanent recruitment is in place, estimated to be in November. Interviews at the client company will take place on May 19-20, 2016.
