Interim Reception Facility Coordinator

Overall Responsibility:

• Organization of meetings and internal events.
• Administrative tasks (processing of invoices).
• Order office supplies (inventory and stock tracking).
• Vendor Management.
• Physical Reception of employees and visitors.

Location: Stockholm. Workload: 40 Hours/Week, 100% Onsite. Expected start date: ASAP.

Profile Requirements:

• A first experience in a similar position is desired.
• Very good interpersonal skills - sense of service.
• Ability to work alone and in a team.
• Necessary languages: English and Swedish (oral and written).
• Good command of the office pack.

Ongoing process in detail:
