Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Production Manager for a manufacturing company located north of Gothenburg.
The assignment involves being the production manager for a small manufacturing unit in the engineering industry that is part of an international engineering group. The company is going through several changes and also has a significant increase in volume. The unit has 150 employees.
To be considered for this role, you will have a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in production management roles in industry. You are a team player and a strong leader who thrives in the role of coach to more junior employees. You also have a solid interest in technology as many technical issues arise in production. You are part of the unit's management team and report to the site manager.
