Interim Operational Excellence Manager

The assignment for the right candidate will be:

• High-level follow-up of the progress of implementation of the operational model and tools by means of an audit system that will be provided by a consultant firm.
• Propose corrective and improvement actions where necessary.
• Organize benchmarking and cross-learning between the different organizations
• Document OPEX achievements through cases for learning and communication purposes
• Follow up and report the financial results from OPEX achievements

This is a high-level, international position reporting directly to Group Management. More specifically, the right candidate needs to meet the following requirements:

• Very structured and systematic thinker with an analytical mindset
• Good communication skills
• People person with affinity for and thorough knowledge of factory floor and industrial processes
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and/or ability to quickly grasp the concepts
• Self-driven and independent
• High level of mobility for 24 months
• 2-5 years of past work experience in a similar position
• English and preferably also Swedish language
