Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Manager Nordics in a global company.
In the role of Interim HR Manager Nordics, you and your team will have full responsibility for HR operations in the four Nordic countries.
Main duties
- Lead Nordic HR work together with the team
- Support managers in HR matters
- Ensure high quality in the work of the organization
- Contribute security, stability, and expertise to teams as well as companies
To be eligible for the role
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- Background from large, global companies
- Nordic expertise linked to HR
- Operational, flexible, and solution-oriented
- Experience in building processes and procedures, implementing systems, etc.
About the process
The assignment is full-time and is expected to start in August. The assignment is expected to last at least until the end of the year.
