Interim HR Manager, Nordics

In the role of Interim HR Manager Nordics, you and your team will have full responsibility for HR operations in the four Nordic countries.

Main duties

• Lead Nordic HR work together with the team
• Support managers in HR matters
• Ensure high quality in the work of the organization
• Contribute security, stability, and expertise to teams as well as companies

To be eligible for the role

• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Background from large, global companies
• Nordic expertise linked to HR
• Operational, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Experience in building processes and procedures, implementing systems, etc.

About the process

The assignment is full-time and is expected to start in August. The assignment is expected to last at least until the end of the year.
