Interim HR Director

In the role of interim HR Director you will join a company undergoing significant change. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for project managing a cost saving program, preparing the company for Due Diligence and being a critical resource in the sale of a company in the group.

Main duties:

• Involved in several strategic change issues and responsible for operationalizing and monitoring changes
• Improvement work in terms of putting procedures and efficient processes in place
• Key person in driving a comprehensive change initiative.
• Prepare the company for sale and be highly involved in the process from an HR perspective
• Ensure employee competence and run incentive and staff efficiency programs
• Close cooperation with finance department
• Culture-enhancing member of the management team

To be eligible for the role, you have: 

• Proven experience from similar assignments or employment in the near future
• Solid experience working closely with management and being involved in large-scale change projects or turnarounds
• Solid experience as HR manager in preparing and driving due diligence process and company sales
• A very strong business acumen with a proven track record of being deeply involved in organizational development

About the process:
