Interim Head of Subsystem Management

The assignment involves working as Interim Group Manager Subsystem Management with responsibility for 10 people. The group works as subproject managers in mechanics.

Main duties:

• Responsibility for staff and results of the unit.
• Lead the daily project work within their area but also via interfaces with e.g. production and purchasing. The role also includes status reporting and follow-up.
• The role of Subsystem Management Manager is largely about managing leaders, which means that you do not need to be deeply familiar with the technical details, but that you still have an understanding of product development but that the priority is on leadership.

To be eligible for the role:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in leadership, preferably in project form, but line form is also preferable. The tasks include leading the sub-project leaders, running various reporting forums, being cohesive in estimation work and R&D.
• You speak and write in Swedish and English fluently.
• You will be on site most of the time, 3-4 days per week, but there is the possibility to work remotely part of the time. Overnight accommodation is at your disposal.

Meritorious:

• A university or civil engineering degree is a suitable background.

About the process:

The assignment starts in early November and is expected to last 8 months. We will present candidates on October 27 and interviews with the client company will take place the following days.
