Interim Search has been asked to appoint an interim Head Office Controller by our client Hilding Anders International. Hilding Anders produces approximately 8 million mattresses annually at 23 factories in 19 countries. The company is based in Malmö, Sweden, and is majority owned by the private equity firm KKR.
The interim Head Office Controller will be part of the Group Finance team based at Head Office in Malmö, responsible for the Group holding companies. You will be part of a team of 7 employees and report directly to the Finance Director.
The role as interim Head Office Controller includes responsibility for:
- Monthly closing.
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Annual reports and tax returns.
- Weekly liquidity forecasts.
- Act as the main contact person for the shared service center.
- Calculation of intra-group service fees and intra-company transactions.
- Other areas to cover include company cars, legal corporate governance, and personnel-related tasks, as well as ad hoc projects.

- Developed IT skills – Excel and PowerPoint essential.
- Proactive, challenging, and energetic.

- Fluent in English.
