Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing two (2) group managers to a company based in Uppsala County. We are looking for an operational leader who can handle an intensive business where the assignment involves reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 3.5 billion and around 400 employees.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and distribute the daily work for a team of approximately 30 people.
- Work together with the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Develop and coach approximately six team leaders.
- Actively contribute suggestions for process improvements.
Requirements to be considered for the role:
- Experience of a fast-paced production environment with significant logistical flow.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics work.
- At least three years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility.
- Strong ability to multitask and think holistically.
About the process:
