Interim Group Manager (IS/IT)

The Systems Development Department has undergone a reorganization and in the new structure a new managerial position has been identified. While waiting for a permanent solution to be put in place, it is hoped that an interim solution will be put in place as soon as possible.

The main responsibilities are:

• Work on the development of methods, processes, teams and individual employees
• Supporting departmental management colleagues and ensuring that staff objectives are met through training, individual interviews and - if necessary - recruitment.
• Develop plans and implement them in order to optimize the relevant IT services
• Collaborate with the operations organization, architects and other functional areas of IT.
• Participate in payroll and budget work
• Participate in the management team of the Systems Development Department.

To be considered for the position, you should have worked at least 5-10 years in service development in the IT field with a focus on development platforms, support systems and cloud services. You have a relevant academic degree and good technical understanding. Leadership is very important and your qualities as a leader should be visible in your previous professional experience. Drive, commitment, good communication skills and a high level of responsibility are important qualities for the role. Equally important is that you are curious and constantly keep abreast of developments in the IT field. Good knowledge of both written and spoken English and Swedish is essential. Having worked in a development organization is an advantage.
