Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Construction Manager with responsibility for Swedish operations at a large company in Västra Götaland.
Main duties:
- Responsible for managing and allocating daily work within the company's contracting department
- Responsible for developing the contracting department and its employees in accordance with the company's
strategy - Responsible for ensuring that salary reviews and development discussions are conducted in accordance with management's objectives
and instructions, as well as discussing and setting any individual development plans.
individual level - Responsible for ensuring that operations meet the company's and market's quality and safety requirements.
expertise - Responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with laws, regulations, and applicable agreements.,
even in situations where UE occurs - The role also includes responsibility for quality and the work environment.
- Responsible for creating and monitoring the construction department's cost budget
To be eligible for the role:
- Theoretical and practical training equivalent to
service requirements - Experience in construction and/or
construction industry - Experience in construction law
- Structured, driven, and respected leader
