Interim Search has been commissioned by a well-known media company to appoint an interim Controller. The company has a turnover of SEK 1.6 billion, is part of a larger group, and is undergoing a phase of change in which you will play a significant role.
In the role of interim Controller, you will join the organization to support and ensure accounting, follow-up, and analysis work. The organization is undergoing change, and to thrive in this role, you should be motivated by creating structure in a dynamic work environment.
Tasks in the role of interim Controller:
- Monthly financial statements
- Cost monitoring and analysis
- Accruals
- Reporting with different dimensions, such as cost centers and projects
- Preparation of annual reports
- Budget work
- Investigations and reconciliations
- Ad hoc analysis
Who we are looking for
You have several years of experience working in a similar role, preferably with experience in subscription services and media. You have an academic degree in economics or equivalent work experience. You are proficient in Excel. System knowledge in Oracle, Hyperion, and Qlikview is an advantage. Knowledge of IFRS and K3 is an advantage.
About the process
We will present candidates to the client on Monday, October 16. Interviews will be held at the client's premises on October 17-18. The assignment will start immediately and continue until the end of February 2018. The assignment may be extended.
