Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO in the retail sector, based in Uppsala. The company is represented throughout Sweden and has a turnover of SEK 100 million.
To be eligible for the position as interim CFO, you should have a degree in economics or equivalent and solid experience as a CFO or finance director in the retail sector with personnel management responsibilities. You should have experience of driving change in financial processes in line with the business plan. You will also be expected to act as a sounding board for all departments on business-related issues with a view to developing the business. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is a prerequisite.
Main duties:
- Monthly reporting, financial reports, annual reports
- Board and management team work
- Business control
- Contacts with banks and authorities
- Financial security, planning, cash management, procedures for financial transactions
- Cost control
- Investment documentation in connection with new establishments
- Supplier negotiations
- Budget and forecast
The assignment is estimated to last six months. During the second quarter of 2017, the head office is scheduled to move to the northern part of Stockholm.
