Interim Chief Financial Officer

Main duties:

• You will participate in all strategic planning and be responsible for everything related to accounting, finance, IR, IT, legal and digital development within the company.
• You will also be responsible on behalf of the company for the work of the Audit and Finance Committee (AFC) in close cooperation with its Chair.
• You will attend all regular Board meetings and be responsible for reporting on your areas of responsibility.
• You are part of and will have a position in all three decision-making bodies; Group Management Group, Investment Committee and Development Council.
• Overall responsibility, together with the CEO and the Board, to initiate and drive your areas of responsibility and actively participate in strategy work.

Who we are looking for:

• You have a deep understanding of financial issues, are comfortable dealing with financiers, rating agencies and shareholders.
• You have experience talking to analysts and the market.
• You have driven change at a fast and accelerating pace.
• You have experience in managing objectives and driving through others.
• You are a strong strategic communicator, dealing with all owners, financiers, analysts, etc. and taking on the role of CFO in the public sector.
• Experience and track record of negotiating large and complex deals with all types of contractors, preferably real estate deals but not necessary.
• You have experience with listed companies.
• You have of IR experience.

About the process:

The mission is expected to last until 1/3 2022, starting as soon as possible, but no later than June 2021.
We will present candidates on June 3 and interviews with the client company will take place the following week.
