Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Communication Specialist for a multi-billion dollar food company based in Malmö. The role is part of a two-person team and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
The assignment is for a minimum of two months, with the possibility of extension. The role involves working with a wide range of communication tasks, including project management for the company's annual meeting in May. You need to have experience of communication work at group level, with both strategic and operational tasks. A typical workday involves writing and preparing texts and presentation materials with input from both internal and external stakeholders, and you will be a key participant in discussions about investor relations, digital channels, and daily communications challenges. You should have experience organizing various corporate events and writing press releases, financial reports, and intranet articles.
To be eligible for the assignment, you must:
- Degree in communication or equivalent
- Several years of experience in project management and communications – preferably from a publicly traded company
- Good social skills and business acumen
- Required IT skills (including web management and print media)
- Solid knowledge of PowerPoint
- Swedish and English at a high professional level
