Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim CFO to a rapidly growing service group. The organization has quickly established itself as a major player in its industry, with a turnover of SEK 550 million and 34 employees. The company now needs a confident, operational leader who will play a central role in the company's continued success.
The client has quickly established itself in the European market, where the Nordic region (Sweden) is the largest market. The company is based in Uppsala, with the option of working from the Stockholm office on days when presence at the head office is not required. You will be part of the management team and report to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Personnel responsibility for four employees.
- Improve routines/processes.
- Responsibility for consolidated accounts, including annual accounts.
- Work closely with the business and support group management with decision-making data.
Who we are looking for:
- Worked in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing business environment.
- Experience with service companies.
- Solid experience in building well-functioning finance departments, preferably with foreign subsidiaries.
- Operational experience in analysis and designing report packages.
- Worked with consolidated accounts.
- Experience of being part of a management team.
About the recruitment process:
The interim CFO assignment will start as soon as possible and last for six months, with the possibility of extension. Interviews with the client company are ongoing.
