Interim Visual Merchandiser

Interim Search has been commissioned by the Runsven Group (ÖoB) to appoint an interim Visual Merchandiser with responsibility for sales management and development of ÖoB's store concept to generate the best profitability. As a Visual Merchandiser, you plan various sales promotion activities, you optimize the store expression by clearly creating the conditions for the best commercial care of the range that appeals to the company's target group. You have the ability to highlight the features and benefits of products in the best possible way and to follow up and ensure that sales activities produce results and have the ability to train, motivate and coach stores to think and act commercially.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are result and goal oriented. You have a good sense of different buying behaviors and how to attract, engage and motivate customers to shop at ÖoB. You have many years of experience in sales management in retail in a central position. You have a proven track record of creating successful commercial sales solutions, from concept to implementation.

As a person, you are driven, creative and unpretentious. You are articulate, able to realize and communicate ideas and visions, efficient, flexible and a bit of a problem solver who takes personal responsibility. The service's many contact surfaces, both internally and externally, require you to be able to express yourself in a professional manner both in speech and in writing and to be representative and businesslike in your actions. The service also requires good IT experience where, above all, experience of working in Excel, PPT, Sketch Up or similar drawing programs is meritorious.

The workplace is Runsvengruppen's service office in Skänninge and you report to our Space Manager. The assignment is full-time starting immediately and is expected to last for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Available and interested?
