Interim Production Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Production Manager for an industry located in Avesta. The client has approximately 210 employees and 1,3 billion SEK in turnover.
Hovedansvarsområder:
- Ensure compliance with the laws and agreements.
- Develop action plans to achieve targets and goals.
- Promote flow-oriented production with short lead times and flexible personnel.
- Initiate and drive improvement/change work through, among other things, audits and safety interactions.
- Ensure that operating personnel participate in and perform preventive maintenance according to preventive maintenance lists, etc.
- Personnel responsibility as well as responsibility for machinery and equipment.
- Produce and plan according to agreed estimates (e.g., volumes and quality).
- Be responsible for corrective actions for complaints in the system and in reality.
- Participate in management group meetings.
- Lead and/or participate in the implementation of decided projects.
For å komme i betraktning for rollen:
- Relevant university degree and/or equivalent relevant technical competence and work experience.
- Extensive knowledge in the field of work environment and technical background.
- Ability to work in accordance with the company’s core values.
- Good leadership communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Om prosessen:
The assignment is full-time on site, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to last approximately 8-9 months. Candidate presentations to the client will take place immediately, with interviews conducted by the client company shortly thereafter.
