Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing several Senior Project Managers to a large Swedish industrial group that is building a brand new production facility in southern Sweden.
Role description
We are looking for several experienced senior project managers who want to be part of a dynamic team and take responsibility for the construction of large, complex industrial properties on the client side. As a senior project manager, you will lead and supervise industrial construction projects from start to finish, ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You will report to the Project Manager and play a key role in driving our client's construction projects forward.
Main duties
- Lead and execute industrial construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and construction personnel
- Ensure that all building standards and safety regulations are complied with
- Identify and manage risks and resolve problems that arise
- Follow up and report on project progress to the Project Manager
- Ensure that projects are delivered according to specifications and meet quality requirements
- Contribute to building strong teams and promoting a good working environment
Qualifications and experience
- Master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in project management within the construction sector, with specific experience of major industrial construction projects
- Proven experience in managing complex buildings in, for example, the pharmaceutical, nuclear power, or other process industries
- Solid knowledge of building standards, safety regulations, and environmental legislation
- Experience working with project planning tools

About the process:
