Interim Vice President of Business Delivery

• Full business responsibility (P&L) for the entire supply chain; projects, services, aftermarket
  and new business areas.
• Ensure processes for intake, prioritization, and resource management in close collaboration
  with group management.
• Lead and develop three teams within project management and business delivery
  and aftermarket.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, sales, and engineering to optimize the entire
  value chain.
• Drive and implement improvement initiatives for scalability, efficiency, and quality.

To be eligible for the role:

• Senior leadership experience at the CEO, COO, or program director level in technology-intensive
  activities.
• Proven experience in leading complex delivery organizations and large
  project portfolios with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience of turnarounds or change processes in fast-growing companies.
• Experience working with international corporations.
• Experience in supplying the public sector and/or defense industry is an advantage.

About the process:
