Interim Transformation Lead

In the role of Interim Transformation Lead, you will be one of the key figures in the company's continued growth.

Main duties

• Ensure that the company's managers follow the new strategic plan
• Challenge and question working methods, technology, culture, and product portfolios
• Implement a new approach to both financial planning and working methods
• Identify and develop the competencies and skills needed to implement and sustain strategic change.
• Develop and implement change strategies
• Establish measurable goals and key performance indicators to monitor progress toward strategic objectives.
• The assignment will be carried out on site in the Gothenburg area.

To be considered for the role:

• Experienced change leader, driven growth in large companies
• Completed several assignments of a similar nature
• Previously had full P&L responsibility
• Background from major international companies (SEK 10 billion)
• Experience from various industries
• Experience in project management, international
• Experience in digitalization, cultural issues, business acumen, and leadership
• Good insight into the various flows of an international group linked to business

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last 12 months, is full-time, and will start no later than March 1. Travel may be required for this position.
