Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Senior Recruiter to a global company based in Västerås.
Main duties:
- Work with recruitment for specialist and management positions to attract the right talent quickly.
- Lead recruitment processes from start to finish by working closely with managers to define needs and manage a variety of roles.
- Participate in improving and optimizing recruitment processes.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience as a recruiter, with proven experience in handling complex recruitments in a global environment.
- Solid experience in recruiting both specialists and leaders.
- Extensive experience working with recruitment systems, specifically Workday, is required.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a requirement, as you will be interacting with international colleagues and candidates on a daily basis.
- Very good knowledge of how to run recruitment processes independently from start to finish.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting in September, and is expected to last for at least six months. The client would prefer the consultant to work on site as much as possible.
