Interim Head of Operations in Customer Service

Main duties:

• Operationally manage and develop on-site service functions with a focus on results and improvements.
• Build and structure the customer service organization with clear processes and procedures.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as costs, productivity, and customer experience.
• Ensure cooperation between customer service, other departments, and management.

To be eligible for the role:

• Proven experience in operational leadership and change management in customer-facing operations.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in creating structure in dynamic environments.
• Experience of digitization projects and the development of customer service functions is an advantage.
• Clear, communicative, and solution-oriented leadership style that fosters commitment and participation.
• Confident in making decisions even with limited information and driving improvement at a fast pace.

About the assignment:

The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and is expected to last for three months with the possibility of extension. The work will be carried out on site at the customer's premises.
